Measuring 6906 yards from the tournament tee's this par 72 wooded layout along side central Ohio farmland is the sister course of Hideaway Cove which is located on the other side of the lake you see part of on several holes. Hummingbird Haven is slightly shorter then Hideaway Cove. The course was built about 35 miles southeast of Columbus OH, near Lancaster and Circleville. This is an area where flatter farmland meets more hilly wooded terrain. You need to take advantage of the first 7 holes and then hang on to go low here. Some of the fairways are slightly narrower on this course so the trees are a little more of a problem at times. Some of the greens slopes and undulations make them difficult. There are several that slope front to back so you need to land short of the green. This course has several holes with water with two lakes and two creeks. A housing development is in the planning stages around the two courses. This is the first course I ever designed and needed some touch up work. I also eliminated a lot of libraries, but it pretty much has the same look. Even though this was my first design I still really like this course a lot and it's sister. I had fun creating this course and I hope you enjoy playing it.
