Ingalls Creek is a ficticious
golf course set in the rolling hills of historic Williamsburg,
Virginia. The course winds its way up, down, and around Ingalls Creek
and the small lake the creek empties into. As it result, it winds
through a dense forest of evergreen and hardwood trees with areas of
wild brush and grasses strewn throughout. That makes for a scenic round
of golf, but don't let the scenery fool you. Ingalls is a sleeper. It
looks like a lazy resort course, but can play like a championship
course that requires very thoughtful course management to keep a round
from blowing up in your face.
