course name
The Platinum Course at Stony Hills C.C. is located just a short distance from the city of Fredrick's Maryland near the Virginia Maryland State line.  It's also only about a 1 hour drive from Washington D.C.   At 7182 yards from the tournament tees, this Par 71 course has plenty of length.  Also 10 holes have water.  Only 7 of the 10 have the water really in play.  Most of the greens have plenty of slope and undulation but are still fair on the dry setting.  I make no promises of the greens being fair on very dry setting.  One more thing is that there are 7 long Par 4's measuring on average between 440 and 480 yards with a total of 5 on the back 9.  This means you better get your birdies on the front 9. T his course is meant to challenge the scratch and low HDCP golfer.  If you shoot par or under you should hopefully feel that you shot a great round of golf.
